This Project is about creating an animated illustration about rules. This illustration is inspired by Junji Ito's story, The Hanging Balloons, where the story is about a young girl trapped in her house while a ballooned version of her head taunts her to come outside. For this theme, I wanted to capture how the girl would feel in her head being haunted by balloons outside her home and while being trapped, she creates rules for herself to survive this situation.
